Test Results
How and when to obtain test results from the surgery
Getting your test results
If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.
- Test results from a test at the practice may take up to 2 weeks.
- If you have had a test in a hospital, your results will be shared with you by the hospital.
Once a doctor or nurse has reviewed your test results, you can view them on the NHS app.
Alternatively, you can contact us online and we will get back to you.
The practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. We will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.
