Telephone interpreters are available via The Language Shop. Patients are welcome to bring their own interpreters; however, we do not allow children to act as interpreters.
Urgent appointments - Duty Doctor Service

In most cases, we recommend contacting us as we have access to your medical record, rather than going to Accident and Emergency (A&E).
If you have a life-threatening emergency, please call 999 or go to A&E now.
If you have an urgent issue that needs to be dealt with on the same day,
- Request an urgent appointment online
- Telephone: 020 8985 2050 if you are having difficulty using our online service.
Contact us as early in the day as possible.
The Duty Doctor will decide what you need, which could be:
- Advice over the phone
- An appointment at the practice
- A home visit
- A referral to another service
- If your problem is urgent we will contact you within 2 hours.

Sickness Certificates (Fit Notes)

Home Visits
You can request a home visit at any time during our opening hours. The Duty Doctor will decide if the visit needs to be on the same day, or arranged for another time.

You can be visited at home by a Community Nurse if you are referred by your GP.
