Accurx
If you need help with a non-urgent medical or admin request, you can contact us online.
What is Accurx?
The Accurx online system is the quickest way to request a GP appointment.
You can also use this system to request a callback to book appointments with our nurses and healthcare assistants.
When is Accurx open?
Accurx is open from 8am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday, for non-urgent requests.
If your request is urgent, you can use Accurx until 4pm where you will need to make this request over the phone - See our appointments page for details
How will my request be handled?
A ‘Duty Doctor' reviews all requests and decides on the most appropriate course of action. Our aim is that your request is dealt with by the most appropriate person at the right time. The Duty Doctor will take into account the urgency and nature of your request and whether continuity with a particular healthcare professional is needed or requested.
You may be:
- offered initial advice
- booked for a same-day appointment
- booked for the next available routine appointment
- signposted to another more appropriate service
Patient demand on the day and the capacity of the practice to meet that demand is taken into account.
We aim to get back to you on the same day. This may be the next working day if you submit your request after 4pm and it is not clinically urgent.
You will be informed of the outcome of your request. This will usually by text message but by phone if you are unable to receive text messages.
You may be asked to supply more information or submit a photo.
If you are unhappy with the outcome of your request (or do not receive a response within 2 working days) please let us know by submitting another form or by calling us on 020 8985 2050.
What if I am not online or need help?
If you are unable to use the online form, please call us on 020 8985 2050.
Urgent help for when we are closed
