Father Friendly Borough - Healthwatch
Father Friendly Borough is a co-production project developed in partnership with Children and Family Hubs and commissioned by Hackney Council.
The aim is to raise awareness of the importance of perinatal mental health in fathers, promote strong parent-infant relationships, and create a more father-friendly environment.
The project focuses on making Hackney a place where fathers feel supported and valued in their parenting role, helping to secure the best future for our children.
Homerton Healthcare - Maternity Unit
They provide maternity care for nearly 6,000 women and their babies each year during pregnancy, labour, birth and up until one month after birth.
During and after pregnancy, they offer both midwifery-led and consultant-led care, and their teams are multidisciplinary, which means all the care you need is provided within the maternity wards.
Homerton Health Visiting Service
The Homerton Health Visiting team work with parents who have new babies, offering support and informed advice from the ante-natal period until the child starts school at 5 years.
