Repeat Prescriptions

blue_yellowRepeat  Prescriptions are for medication that you need long term, and that your doctor has agreed that you can have without being seen each time you need it.The right hand side of your prescription will list these medications.

Our receptionists can only take your requests for repeat prescriptions over the counter or by letter or fax. Please use the right hand side of the prescription to request medication by ticking the medication(s) that you need. It is much safer for everybody if requests are not taken over the telephone.

You must allow 2 working days for your prescription to be ready.

From time to time you will be asked to come and see your doctor who will make sure you are receiving the correct medication.

When you join the practice you must see one of the doctors before requesting a repeat prescription given to you by your previous doctor.
